To register your child in Nippers for the 2009/10 season please;

  1. Print and complete the attached Application for Membership for Tacking Point SLSC Form. (NOTE: Make any corrections i.e. change address, phone numbers and ensure that each member signs it)
  2. Print, complete and sign the SLSA Membership Application and Declaration Form.
  3. Complete and sign Prohibited Employment Declaration Form.   (NOTE: This must be completed by every adult)
  4. Complete and sign the Photography Authorisation Form.
  6. We will be accepting registrations from 8.00am to 8.30am on any club days.
